We were fortunate enough to attend the 2012 National College for DUI Defense Winter Session in Orlando, FL this week. We learned about everything we talk about in our DUI Top Ten lists. The speakers at the seminar were fantastic and it’s absolutely true that breath tests are unreliable. Top attorneys and forensic professionals also discussed how studies confirm that road-side field tests are flawed as there is no legitimate scientific validity in determining alcohol intoxication.

With that said, it’s important to remember to “choose to refuse” this weekend.
