There will be a DUI checkpoint tonight at the 200 block of East McMillan Street from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am. Police patrols will be in the area looking for impaired drivers.
If you are accused of a DUI, remember to respect the police officer that pulls you over and know that you can choose to refuse the breath test and field sobriety tests.
