Steven R. AdamsSteven R. Adams has been in the private practice of law since 2000. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney for eight years. He is qualified to administer the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests of NHTSA through the NHTSA Student Course (2001). Steve completed training for the NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor Development Training Program (2003) and has been deemed as an expert witness on standardized field sobriety testing in Hamilton County. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Greater Cincinnati Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Hamilton County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association College and he serves as a board member for the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Bill Cunningham

Bill Cunningham obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Xavier University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo and has been practicing law for over 35 years. He served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio from 1978 through 1986. Bill is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He was selected as the Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Ohio State Bar Association in 1983. Bill Cunningham is best known for his daily radio show on 700 WLW. He was selected by the National Association of Broadcasters as America’s Outstanding Radio Personality in 2001 and 2009. Bill Cunningham is an aggressive criminal defense attorney who will stand up for your rights and interests.

Shane Herzner

Shane Herzner is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in trial advocacy including criminal misdemeanor, felony and traffic offenses. Mr. Herzner was a Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor for three years, practicing in both the Juvenile and Municipal divisions. During his tenure at the Prosecutor’s office and as a defense attorney, Mr. Herzner has tried over one hundred cases including bench trials and trials by jury. Mr. Herzner has argued several Motions to Suppress to Judges concerning complex, technical issues such as OVI/DUI and drug cases on behalf of defense clients.
