Adams, we provide clients with an aggressive and accomplished lawyer to protect their rights. You need a strong advocate. We can help.

Attorney Steve Adams has extensive trial experience. We prepare cases for trial on a regular basis. Whether we are preparing a motion to suppress evidence, or presenting a defense strategy to a jury, we understand the criminal justice system. Before becoming a criminal defense lawyer, Steve Adams served for eight years as an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor. While working in all three major trial divisions within the prosecutors’ office, he developed an excellent understanding of criminal trials and how to effectively present criminal cases to a jury. Today, he uses that understanding to defend people who have been accused of a crime.

As a former Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor, Steve Adams has extensive courtroom experience. We have defended clients accused of all types of crime, including DUI, sex offenses, drug offenses, violent crime, domestic violence, white collar crime, juvenile offenses, theft offenses and more. Each type of criminal accusation has elements unique to it. Our practice is devoted entirely to criminal defense in order to provide the highly skilled and knowledgeable service our clients deserve.

Prosecutions for drinking and driving often involve evidence from breathalyzer machines and field sobriety tests. Steve Adams is a certified instructor in standardized field sobriety testing. He has taken the time to gain proficiency in the equipment and methods used in many DUI prosecutions. Steve Adams holds certification on both the Intoxilyzer 5000 and the BAC Data Master breath testing devices. This experience allows us to spot errors in procedure and question evidence that may have been improperly gathered.

Whether you have been accused of a white collar crime, such as fraud, embezzlement, or identity theft, or you are facing prosecution for a felony like murder, vehicular manslaughter or sexual assault, you need a strong criminal defense lawyer.

We have dedicated our practice to protecting our clients’ rights and defending them against false allegations. We aggressively pursue justice for our clients and make sure that they are treated fairly every step of the way. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for excellent preparation and a willingness to go to trial. We never recommend a plea agreement unless we truly believe that it is in a client’s best interests.

Our office is located right next to the courthouse and the prosecutor’s office, in the heart of the action.
