Yesterday, after a three-day Jury Trial in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Alex Deardorff and her client obtained a not guilty verdict on a charge of rape. This has been a long and stressful journey for her client who was WRONGFULLY ACCUSED, on house arrest for over a year and faced up to 11 years in prison 
if convicted. We are so relieved and happy that justice prevailed for this young man, and he can start to get his life back.  We are elated this young man found Alex, so she could get him home to his family, and that his young son still has his father.
