When an officer is investigating you for a potential DUI, you have to make sure that you do not answer his questions about where you have been, and what if anything you have been drinking.
There are excessive fines, there are court costs, there are license suspensions, there is vehicle immobilization, and there’s mandatory minimal jail time even for a first time offender.
If you have been pulled over you should give the officer your license, registration, and proof of insurance. If the officer asks you to get out of the car, get out of the car. But other than that, remain silent and ask for an attorney.
DUI is the only crime in America that is a crime of opinion. It’s merely speculation and that does not arise to proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
I think that the preparation that I put into these cases separates me from my colleagues. We are litigious and we want to get a satisfactory outcome for you. We’re motivated disciplined and determined to do that for you.
