Tad Brittingham, attorney at The Law Office of Steven R. Adams, LLC, currently has a case at the Ohio Supreme Court after a three-year battle in lower courts. The case is taking a deep look at whether or not it is constitutional for police to stop a driver if someone anonyously shouts that they are drunk. Ohio law states that police are required to investigate complaints like these before they can stop and search someone.
