You must indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box on the application form on the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Scholarship page or the Special Olympics Volunteer Scholarship page.

General Terms and Conditions

You must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited college or university, or admitted as an incoming freshman, to qualify for the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Scholarship or the Special Olympics Volunteer Scholarship (Scholarships).

A scholarship committee will review all applications and select a winner for each of the Scholarships. Applications not submitted using the form on the respective Scholarships page or submitted past the deadline will not be considered. Neither Not Guilty Adams nor the scholarship committee is responsible for technical problems that prevent submission of an application within the deadline. The scholarship committee reserves the right to request updated information, including unofficial transcripts, to confirm eligibility for the Scholarships. The scholarship committee’s decision is final.

The criteria the scholarship committee will consider when selecting a winner is as follows:

  • Grade point average
  • Essay answer
  • Enrollment or admission in an accredited college or university
  • Satisfaction of any other criteria listed on the respective Scholarships page

Privacy Statement

Neither the scholarship committee nor Not Guilty Adams will use the information submitted as part of your application for any other purpose than to consider your candidacy for the Scholarships. We will never share, sell, or otherwise distribute your contact information, medical history, and any other information submitted as part of your application.

Not Guilty Adams reserves the right to post the name and essay of the winners of each of the Scholarships, either in whole or in part, on our website and social media accounts.
